2025 Regal 38 XO
“DON’T TELL THE KIDS”
Destin, Florida
OVERVIEW
“DON’T TELL THE KIDS” is a 2025 Regal 38 XO purchased new in November 2024 by its original owner and used privately. The vessel has triple white Yamaha 300 hp outboards with integrated steering, Garmin navigation and radar, a 110V diesel generator, bow thruster, KVH satellite television, a Palm Beach aft enclosure, and a foredeck cabana sunshade. All three engines have 89 hours. The seller reports annual Yamaha services completed. New bottom paint is currently being completed.
The 38 XO places the enclosed upper salon and aft cockpit on one level. Sliding glass doors, a powered aft window, and a retractable hardtop adjust the space for changing weather. Below, two sleeping areas and a separate shower stall support overnight use without taking space from the upper salon.

DECK AND COCKPIT
A wraparound swim platform provides boarding access around the three outboards. The aft cockpit has L-shaped seating, a teak table, refrigerator, grill station, and cockpit television. The factory Palm Beach canvas enclosure extends weather coverage aft of the sliding salon doors.
The aft storage hatch opens to a large general storage compartment for lines, fenders, safety gear, and other onboard equipment. Side decks with stainless rails lead to a multi-position foredeck sunpad and its cabana sunshade. Deck equipment also includes a rope-and-chain anchor windlass with wireless remote, fender clips, stainless steel upgrade package, windshield privacy cover, window tint, and cockpit seagrass mat.
UPPER SALON AND GALLEY
The upper salon can be closed and air-conditioned or opened through the sliding doors, powered aft window, and retractable hardtop. An L-shaped lounge and salon table sit opposite the helm. The aft galley has a sink, two-burner cooktop, refrigerator and freezer drawers, countertop work area, and cabinet storage. Interior selections include Titanium upholstery, Toasted Oak salon and atrium flooring, Strato Wind countertops, Belgian Linen fabric, and a neutral pillow package.
HELM AND NAVIGATION
The helm carries a single 22-inch Garmin GPS9222XSV multifunction display paired with a B60 transducer, Garmin HD closed-array radar, and Garmin VHF. Yamaha joystick control, integrated steering, autopilot, station-keeping functions, and the bow thruster assist with low-speed maneuvering. The windshield, large side glass, wipers, and opening hardtop provide clear sightlines and weather options. A KVH3 satellite television system serves the onboard televisions.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The forward stateroom has a centerline queen berth, hull-side windows, overhead hatch, storage, television, and pocket doors. The aft stateroom has twin berths that convert to a king, lounge seating, hull-side windows, hanging storage, television, and the factory privacy door. The single head is divided between a toilet and sink compartment to starboard and a separate shower stall to port.
PROPULSION AND SYSTEMS
Propulsion consists of one 2025 Yamaha F300NSB2 and two 2025 Yamaha F300XSB2 gasoline outboards. Each engine is rated at 300 hp and has 89 hours. All three have white finishes and integrated steering. The fully transferable Yamaha Extended Factory Warranty expires November 17, 2030. A 110V diesel generator supplies onboard power away from shore, and reverse-cycle air conditioning serves the salon and accommodations.
OWNERSHIP AND SERVICE
The original purchase agreement records the vessel and engines as new at purchase in November 2024. The seller reports single ownership since delivery, private use, and operation primarily in brackish water with limited saltwater use. The seller also reports no damage or insurance claims and no repairs beyond routine maintenance. Annual Yamaha services have been completed, according to the seller. No aftermarket equipment has been added by the seller. New bottom paint is currently being completed.
